No need to be flexible, no need to be strong already
Just need to be ready to start.
You won’t be pushed into movements beyond your capacity.
Each session is a process of slowing down, feeling and adjusting, so the body becomes both stronger and softer naturally
This is a class for those who want to practice to stay with their body long-term, not to “push a little harder”.
