Amy’s Lite Foundation – Who Is It For?

The goal isn’t to get strong quickly, but to be healthy enough for the body to feel safe when moving.

  • Never exercised before or haven’t worked out in a very long time

  • Feel like “old age is coming on” even though you’re not that old
  • Don’t sleep deeply, body feels sluggish without movement
The class helps the body gradually regain its rhythm of movement and natural energy.

Amy Duong (Yoga & Pilates Instructor)

Amy doesn’t build classes to create a feeling of “being very good at practice,” but to help students:

  • Understand what their body needs
  • Know when to progress – when to stop
  • Practice as part of life, not an obligation
Amy’s training philosophy is based on 3 principles: Strength – Stretch – Control

Every movement needs just enough strength, appropriate range of motion, and control from within.

Everything you need to know to start your journey with confidence

Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ethical principles to promote overall well-being. It aims to enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity while fostering a deeper connection between the body and mind.

Results can vary depending on how often you practice and your personal goals. Many people notice improvements in their physical and mental health within a few weeks of consistent practice. However, to see significant changes, it’s important to commit to regular practice over several months.

In Amy’s Yoga class, you can expect a welcoming environment where she guides you through a series of poses, focusing on proper alignment, breath control, and mindfulness. Amy often incorporates elements of meditation and relaxation, helping you to connect with your body and mind. Amy’s classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, ensuring that you receive personalized attention and modifications as needed to enhance your practice.
